I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism that the doctors, hygienists and staff members always show towards their patients. I always maintain cleanliness and health of my teeth and gums. I was a patient originally to Dr Hall, and now Dr Botti and Dr Jerri combined since 1980! Keep up the great service!

On 4 December 2025, I visited your clinic to receive my teeth cleaning. The Dental Hygienist, Ms. Courtney, and Dr. Jerri provided me with dedicated and excellent care. When I discussed my front teeth's issue, they listened carefully and provided useful advice. Dr. Jerri and Ms. Courtney's compassion, professionalism, and excellence are deeply appreciated. Thank you for always going above and beyond! ============================ A few days ago, I went to the SDS Clinic to make an appointment for a sore on my tongue. They were able to see me right away and treated me. Whenever I visit the clinic, the staff are always kind and pleasant.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? A visit to the dentist is dreadful, right? NO!!! Went today and what a breeze! Staff is the best, care is the best, service is the best! They will handle anything you need, and do take the time to remind you healthy teeth is my responsibility too! And they are right! If you are afraid of the dentist, then you are going to the WRONG dentist! They are the best in Dayton! Nuff said!

Amazing dental care and wonderful staff. I cannot speak highly enough of this office. I had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist before I went to this office. Every experience and procedure I have had with Smiles at the Exchange; from a cleaning, to fillings, or a crown, they've made me feel comfortable, and calm, and I always leave with a beautiful smile.

This was my first visit. They were phenomenal. They spent so much time with me and explained everything so I understood my options for any upcoming issues I may see in the future. It is the first time I left from a cleaning and my mouth did not hurt. They were gentle and very nice. A fantastic experience.

I came in for a regular visit. I told Dr Scranton that I was not happy that my teeth are crowding & my smile is off. She suggested Invisalign with Dr Botti & happily I am beginning the journey at 76! When someone takes my photo on my 100th birthday I will have still have straight teeth & a great smile! Thanks Dr Botti! 👏🎉

I called the morning of needing to see a dentist that day and Dr. Scranton and her team fit me in the same morning at 9:30. All of the ladies were incredibly friendly and caring and not only were able to get me in that morning but they were able to get me setup as a new patient and now I have a wonderful new dental practice to take care of all of my dental needs. Dr. Scranton was very knowledgeable and very thorough which I truly appreciated. She was assisted by JC and she was great. JC really helped put me at ease. She is a very sweet young woman. Being a woman myself, I truly appreciated that the practice is ran by women. As I get older I prefer to see women doctors/dentists because who better knows a woman's body than another woman. South Dayton Smiles gave me top notch service from my first phone call all the way through checking me out after that first visit. I will be a patient for life. They are an awesome team that I can't say enough good things about.

Absolutely best dentist we have ever seen! Husband had a tooth emergency and not even a current patient they seen him that morning and unfortunately he had a cracked tooth but also did extraction same visit to make him comfortable! Dentist was so kind along with hygienist who was so warming it was as if we were longtime patients being seen! Id recommend the entire staff to anyone looking for honest…kind…fast….knowledgeable and best dentist office staff evvvver!😀💯

Michelle and her entire team always does a fantastic job of making you feel welcomed and well taken care of. I know that I am in the best of care when I go to see them whether it’s for a cleaning or something more challenging. I highly recommend Dr. Botti and this entire team for all your dental needs.

I was not happy with my previous dentist, so I was looking for another. I came across South Dayton Smiles because they were walking distance from my apartment and walked past their offices often. I'm glad I went. The care there was much better than my previous dentist and the equipment was state-of-the-art. I had to have a root canal and a crown put in. The root canal took place another office recommended by South Dayton Smiles and they were great as well. The crown was done by Dr. Botti and an assistant. Dr. Botti told my what was happening every step of the way and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, including giving me breaks . I highly recommend South Dayton Smiles.
