Exceptional care. Everyone is professional and friendly. Communication is done very well. The office staff are helpful. My hygienist, Kaylin worked very hard to solve a problem I am experiencing. Dr. Jeri is always great. They care about patients and they are very knowledgeable. I feel confident this is the best dental care I could ask for.

I had comprehensive new patient assessments and cleaning by Cortney and exam with Dr Botti. Everyone in the office is professional and kind. I can tell that my dental care in this practice will be excellent. The assistant who took my impressions was very proficient as well as the assistant who instructed me on the bleaching process.

Superlative, in every way! Dr. Jeri is the kindest, most patient, most knowledgeable and empathetic doctor, using her great expertise and experience in providing a nearly stress-free visit. One simply could not want for a better experience. The office staff are all sincerely friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They led me through the labyrinth of dental insurance coverages for different procedures with patience and expertise. I fully understood all my options and made the best choices with complete confidence. I feel I can count on South Dayton Smiles 100%. What a gift!

I came in for a regular visit. I told Dr Scranton that I was not happy that my teeth are crowding & my smile is off. She suggested Invisalign with Dr Botti & happily I am beginning the journey at 76! When someone takes my photo on my 100th birthday I will have still have straight teeth & a great smile! Thanks Dr Botti! 👏🎉

Was referred to another specialist for a problem and was given a number to call to make an appointment. The next morning, I received a call from the specialist's office to set up an appointment. As busy as my dentist was the day, I was there, she took the time to contact the specialist's office to have them call and schedule me. I was pleasantly surprised that this happened.

I had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist before I went to this office and they have been absolutely wonderful. Amazing dental care and staff. Every experience and procedure I have had with Smiles at the Exchange- from a cleaning, to fillings, or a crown. They've made me feel comfortable, and calm, and I always leave with a beautiful smile.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to! Receptionist seems to know everyone's name and face, and she was super kind. Every staff member I interacted with was respectful and nice! I was super nervous and felt comforted the entire time. Very clean facilities, and seems to be pretty high tech as well (although I haven't been to the dentist in a long time). From what I saw, it's mostly (if not all) female staff too, which I wasn't looking for but appreciated. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank my Hygienist Courtney and Dr. Botti for providing excellent care every time I visit them. When I visited them yesterday, as usual, Courtney cleaned my teeth and examined gums very thoroughly, skillfully, and gently. She also taught me how to brush my teeth where I had gum issues. Dr. Butti was very thorough in her exam and explanations including her clear plans of treatment. Needless to say, their care always makes my visits comfortable and I leave the office smiling. The Dental Hygienist, Ms. Courtney, and Dr. Jerri provided me with dedicated and excellent care. When I discussed my front teeth's issue, they listened carefully and provided useful advice. Dr. Jerri and Ms. Courtney's compassion, professionalism, and excellence are deeply appreciated. Thank you for always going above and beyond! ============================ A few days ago, I went to the SDS Clinic to make an appointment for a sore on my tongue. They were able to see me right away and treated me. Whenever I visit the clinic, the staff are always kind and pleasant.

My experience with South Dayton Smiles has always been exceptional!! The entire staff goes above and beyond no matter what the service is that you are there for. From having my teeth cleaned to any and all other tooth issues I always have felt very well cared for. Dr. Botti is the best dentist you could have. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best care and the most beautiful smile. She is patient, caring, kind and always taking the best care of her patients. I would never go anywhere else for my dentistry needs.

I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism that the doctors, hygienists and staff members always show towards their patients. I always maintain cleanliness and health of my teeth and gums. I was a patient originally to Dr Hall, and now Dr Botti and Dr Jerri combined since 1980! Keep up the great service!

Everything about this office is great! Everyone that works here is so friendly and nice. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. When I lost my job about 8 years ago, and had no dental insurance, they offered a plan to me that fit my budget. They truly care about you as a person, not just a patient. Dr. Botti is so patient and caring. And then there's Patty!! She has been cleaning my teeth since before it was even South Dayton Smiles. She is just a fantastic person. She's always smiling and we always have at least 1 good laugh while I'm there. If your looking for a new dental office, this is the place to go.

Patty is always amazing, and has been since I was a kid. Ive been seeing her for probably 27+ years. Sad to know she is retiring at the end of this year, but happy for her at the same time! She deserves it (especially after dealing with me and my family this long haha). Doctor Botti has been great since she took over, and I have seen Doctor Jerry a couple times now and she seems great.

Angie was very friendly and explained everything well. Dr. Botti was also very friendly and shook my hand. They were both very thorough and Im now very informed about the condition of my mouth. The place was very clean. Would highly recommend South Dayton Smiles. They live up to their 4.9 Google rating. Go here if you can.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Botti for many years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Every visit is an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable right away. My cleaning was both thorough and gentle, and Courtney, the hygienist, took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Dr. Botti and Dr. Jeri were just as attentive, offering clear recommendations without any pressure and making sure I fully understood my options. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which adds to the overall positive experience. Scheduling is easy, and I’m always seen right on time. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing high-quality care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental service and a team that truly goes above and beyond.

2/3/2025 I saw Dr. Scranton pertaining to concerns I was having regarding an effect a new medication might be having on my teeth. After a thorough examination & discussion, I came away with a wealth of information regarding my concerns & a preventative dental plan. Dr. Scranton is an awesome Dentist & I would highly recommend her & “Smiles at the Exchange” for your dental needs.

She looked at my x-rays and my teeth. Dr. Botti talked with me about a plan for my dental health. When checking out my insurance covered everything. The wonderful receptionist setup appointment in two weeks for a filling.She also went over a financial summary for the appointment, so I know how much my insurance will cover. Thank you
